Cancellation & Return Policy

At Srikolhapuri Dolls, every doll and product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. As each item is unique, we follow a transparent and customer-friendly Cancellation & Return Policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, please email us at srikolhapuridolls@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. (9551832000)
• A full refund will be processed for cancellations made within this timeframe.

After Dispatch

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Since our products are handmade, customised, and delicate, we accept returns only in the following cases:

Eligible Returns

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.
• A major defect is visible in the product.

In such cases, please share:

1. Order ID
2. Unboxing video (mandatory)
3. Clear photos of the product

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Returns

• Minor variations in colour, size, finish, or texture (handmade items naturally vary).
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• Customised, personalised, or made-to-order dolls.
• Digital products, DIY kits once opened, or workshop bookings.

3. Replacement / Refund

Replacement

If the return request is approved, we will send a free replacement of the same product.

Refund

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
