At Srikolhapuri Dolls, every doll and product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. As each item is unique, we follow a transparent and customer-friendly Cancellation & Return Policy.
- Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, please email us at srikolhapuridolls@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. (9551832000)
- A full refund will be processed for cancellations made within this timeframe.
After Dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Return Policy
Since our products are handmade, customised, and delicate, we accept returns only in the following cases:
Eligible Returns
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- A major defect is visible in the product.
In such cases, please share:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the product
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
Not Eligible for Returns
- Minor variations in colour, size, finish, or texture (handmade items naturally vary).
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order dolls.
- Digital products, DIY kits once opened, or workshop bookings.
- Replacement / Refund
Replacement
If the return request is approved, we will send a free replacement of the same product.
Refund
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
