1. Order Processing Time

• Most products are made to order.
• Standard processing time: 5–10 working days.
• Larger orders or customised dolls may require additional time.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Once dispatched, orders typically take 3–7 working days to reach within India.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner and location.
• Remote or interior locations may require extra time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Product weight
• Delivery location
• Courier service rates
• Any special packaging requests may incur additional charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

• You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to reflect in the courier system.

5. Packaging

• All dolls are packed with extreme care to prevent damage during transit.
• Despite best efforts, minor wear due to courier handling is not considered a defect.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• If the package returns due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:
• Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

7. International Shipping

• International shipping is currently available
  Customs duties/taxes must be paid by the customer based on their country’s regulations.
• Shipping charges are based on actuals based on volume and place or delivery

8. Damages During Transit

• If you receive a damaged package:
• You must share an unboxing video (mandatory) and photos within 24 hours of delivery.
• Damage claims without proof cannot be processed.

• Festive seasons
• Natural disruptions
